Africa Transport & Logistics Solutions (“ATLS”, “we”, “us”) operates the website www.atls.tn. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
The data controller is Africa Transport & Logistics Solutions, Rue du Lac Annecy, Bloc B, 1er étage, Les Berges du Lac I, 1053 Tunis, Tunisia. Email: contact@atls.tn.
Company registration (RNE) and tax ID: [to be supplied by ATLS].
Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
Quote request form: the same details, plus company name, service required, origin, destination, cargo type and weight, ready date and your message. Optional fields can be left empty.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We use the information you send us only to answer your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, follow up on your request and send you an automatic confirmation that we received it. We process it because you chose to send it to us and to take the steps you asked for before any contract. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Your request is read by the ATLS staff who handle it. Our website and its email sending are hosted by OVHcloud, which processes the data on our behalf on servers located in the European Union. Because those servers are outside Tunisia, your data is transferred there only for hosting, under OVHcloud’s security and confidentiality commitments. We never sell or rent your personal data.
Enquiries and quote requests that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to two years and then deleted. If you become a customer, the information becomes part of your customer file and is kept for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
Our Contact and Request a Quote pages show a Google Maps map of our office. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
The website itself only uses what is strictly necessary for it to work and stay secure. If you use the accessibility menu, your display preferences are stored in your own browser so they are remembered on your next visit. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the requests you send us is limited to authorised ATLS staff and our hosting provider.
Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or updated, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. To exercise these rights, email contact@atls.tn and we will reply within the time limits set by law. You can also contact the Tunisian data protection authority, the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP): www.inpdp.tn.
We may update this policy when our website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated (4 October 2026).
