Origin and destination, number of pieces, gross weight, dimensions of each piece and the date the cargo is ready. If the goods are dangerous or temperature-sensitive, tell us at this stage.
Airlines charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, so light but bulky cargo is priced on its size. We show both figures on the quote.
Yes. We check the classification, packing and labelling against IATA rules and confirm the airline will accept it before anything is booked.
